In 2006, Traci stepped into her role of helping others achieve their real estate dreams. Traci feels that her successful closings of many homes are not only due to her market knowledge and negotiation skills, but also her commitment to advanced continuing education. Traci is a GRI and GREEN designated agent. She also feels strongly about the importance of communication and comradery amongst her peers. Taking the same holistic approach to her business as she does with every other aspect of her life, Traci strives to help her clients to visualize their entire life picture. She has a passion for helping people to imagine how their real estate decisions will affect all facets of their lives. She works with her clients to form a strategy to bring their “big picture” dreams to fruition. As a uniquely gifted listener, Traci is able to recognize your needs, desires and even potential obstacles to living your best life. Her attention to detail, market study, and experience often make her aware of things you are not able to verbalize. But, It is her level of care that produces great long-term results for her clients, who time after time, become her close friends. Traci is never focused solely on “closing the deal”. She will help her clients to walk away from one that is not in alignment with their broader plan. This is why so many have trusted her with their investments, their home, and their families.

Traci is passionate about many things from cooking and baking to meditation and spiritual growth. Her family of 7 includes her husband of 25 years, her two adult daughters and their 3 rescue pups.
